Investigating - The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) has advised a temporary suspension to our participation as a Participating Aggregator (PA) in Singapore’s SMS Sender ID Registry (SSIR). We are working closely with IMDA to resolve this matter and restore full functionality for whitelisted Sender ID delivery as soon as possible. Due to Black Friday, we're processing higher than usual SMS volumes. Campaigns may remain in "Preparing to Send" or "Queued" status slightly longer than normal. Message delivery is prioritised over delivery confirmations, meaning delivery reports may be delayed. This is expected and our team is monitoring.
