Messaging towards Vodafone NZ and 2Degrees has been restored as of 2am NZ time. On 30/11/18 a carrier level network service provided by a third party implemented an update incorrectly which caused faults on both carrier networks. There were no faults on the TransmitSMS platform and our support team had been in constant communication with the carriers and providing assistance to help them restore their service.
