Our engineering team has rolled out a hotfix to Conversr and message responses should now be functioning as per normal. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure full functionality is restored.

Conversr users are currently experiencing an issue with the platform where replies after the first reply are not being processed. Customers will receive the first reply to any Conversr campaign but not subsequent replies. The issue has been identified and a fix is being prepared by our engineering team.
