This incident has been resolved. A dependency issue affecting our platform was identified. Our engineers have now resolve this issue and the system is back to being fully operational.
From approximately 3:30 pm to 4:05 pm, users may have experienced issues with creating new campaigns. Existing campaigns were unaffected or may have sent with delays.
